«Physical findings. Matter is one of the states of radiated energy»
According to the author “atom” is a microsystem. The ability of photons (γνc – “nucleon”) to rotate at the speed of light in the microsystem (atom) ring – through – ring reveals the cause of inorganic matter formation. Gravity is a total apogee of the rotation of nucleons γνc in the microsystems (atoms). The article shows the new energy technologies instead of nuclear power and hydrocarbons, and their main aim which is the hydrogen energy radiation. The researcher notes that the speed of space journey can become relatively similar to the speed of light.

«On the oscillatory motion of a celestial body, time, speed, and the forces acting on a body moving along the solar system orbit»
The article aims to consider the reason why a celestial body moves along the solar system orbit and the features of this movement. Moreover, the paper discovers those potential energy systems, which manage the movement of a celestial body. Critical parameters’ changes of a celestial body rotating around the Center are graphically represented. All the parameters in algebraic expressions are considered to be dependent from each other and, primarily, from the proximity of «radius-vector» of a celestial body place and the focus of an elliptic orbit.

Thus one of the main mechanisms of formation of streams of ultrarelativistic particles is surfing of charges on electromagnetic waves (see, for example, works [1-16]).

«The development of land management in Yakutia in Soviet times»
Land management in Yakutia developed at different times in different ways and had its own historical stages. The paper considers the development of land management in our republic during the Soviet period after the Great Patriotic War, as well as during the «stagnation» period. The work of land surveyors of Yakutia at that time is shown, the available materials of various authors and their memories are used. The ppurpose of this work is to study the role of land surveyors in Yakutia in socio-economic development of the country and their personal deposit in the development of Yakutia, one of the largest regions in our country.

«Analysis of stitched arrangements in belt machines»
The article describes the main parameters that determine both the traction ability of the transmission and the life of the belt, which is the magnitude of the belt tension and its correspondence to the actual transfer load. The appendix shows the characteristics of the belts and their elasticity: shortening the belt when stitching or cross stitching for pulling; periodic movement.

«A vibration analysis of led belt in interaction with the composite eccentric tension roller transmission»
The article recommends a new scheme of the belt drive with PPO, provides the Law of the vibrational motion driven branch of a belt in contact with an elastic sleeve of the tensioner and shows graphical variation of the vibration amplitude of movement and the speed of belt driven branch in the function of values of the eccentricity and roll stiffness of the elastic sleeve.
